At its core, being a coordinator is about overseeing the execution of all your wedding plans on the big day. Timeline and vendor management, decorating the venue, cleaning up all items at the end of the night, etc...

Month of Coordination

Finalizing and executing all of the last-minute items and needs - RSVP’s, seating charts, final payments, contract review, vendor management, and so much more. As well as everything offered in the Day of Coordination package!

How long have you been in the industry?

The business itself has been opened since 2021 but the team as a whole has been in the industry since 2014!

Where are you located?

The main office is located in LaSalle, Mi. However, our team is located all over Monroe, Wayne, and Oakland county!

Do you only work in the above counties?

Absolutely not! We travel all over the state of Michigan! Some of our favorite locations are Petoskey, Charlevoix, St. Clair Shores, Bridgman, and South Haven!

How many people attend the wedding day with you?


Each wedding is staffed with two attendants! A lead coordinator to take control on the big day and an assistant to make sure that everything is done in a timely manner as well as to ensure the Lead can be anywhere they need to be when they need to be there - all while the rest of the wedding still continues on as planned with the assistant!

Do you have a business license and business insurance?

Yes! We have a business license and everyone on our team is properly insured to work at any venue in the state of Michigan!

Are you a certified wedding planner?

Yes! Each lead on our team is properly certified to plan and execute all wedding day dreams and goals!

What is the average size of the events you work?

We have worked weddings in backyards that are small and intimate - around 20 to 50 people. We have worked weddings up to 500 people in bigger venues. Mainly, we work weddings with guest counts between 150 and 300 each weekend.

What is the back up plan for illness of your team?

Thankfully, we are a team of 5 women, and each of us have our own assistants that work with us at a wedding. It is very rare that each person on our team has their own wedding in one given day or weekend. Typically, we have alternate weekends and there is always at least two lead coordinators free to cover for someone if they fall ill or have a family emergency.

What form of payments do you accept?

Check, Zelle, Square Invoice, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Paypal
